By accessing or using Name-Styles.com (the “Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User”) and Name-Styles.com (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Description of Service

Name-Styles.com provides a free, browser-based tool that transforms standard text into stylized Unicode characters. The Service includes:

  • Text transformation using Unicode character mapping
  • Pre-designed text style categories (37+ styles)
  • Copy-to-clipboard functionality

Technical Limitation Acknowledgment:
Our tool uses Unicode characters from the official Unicode Standard. While these characters are universally standardized, we do NOT guarantee that:

  • Every generated text style will render correctly on all devices, operating systems, or applications
  • Third-party platforms (Instagram, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Discord, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.) will support or permit the use of stylized text
  • The visual appearance of generated text will be identical across all environments

Platform-Specific Compatibility: Some platforms actively filter or block certain Unicode ranges. We are not responsible for text rendering issues or failures on third-party services.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

Prohibited Activities:

  • Generating text containing hate speech, threats, harassment, or illegal content
  • Creating usernames or text that violate third-party platform rules
  • Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware
  • Impersonating individuals, brands, or organizations
  • Circumventing character limits or input validation on other platforms
  • Automated scraping or high-volume requests that disrupt service availability
  • Reverse-engineering our code or algorithms

Consequence of Violation: We reserve the right to block your IP address or take legal action for misuse.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property:

  • The website design, code, algorithms, and branding of Name-Styles.com are owned by us and protected under Pakistani and international intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our code without written permission.

Generated Text:

  • Unicode characters are part of the public Unicode Standard and are not copyrightable.
  • You own the rights to the original text you input.
  • We claim no ownership over text you generate using our tool.
  • You may use generated text for personal or commercial purposes without restriction from us (subject to third-party platform rules).

5. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Critical Notice:
Many gaming platforms, social media networks, and messaging apps have their own Terms of Service that may prohibit or restrict the use of Unicode characters, symbols, or non-standard fonts.

Examples of Potential Risks:

  • PUBG Mobile / Free Fire: May flag accounts using certain symbols as suspicious or ban usernames violating naming policies
  • Instagram / TikTok: May limit visibility of posts containing excessive Unicode characters
  • Discord: Certain Unicode characters may cause display issues or be filtered

Your Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with third-party platform rules. We strongly recommend reviewing each platform’s Terms of Service before using generated text.

No Liability for Bans or Restrictions:
We are NOT responsible for:

  • Account suspensions, bans, or restrictions on third-party platforms
  • Loss of in-game items, progress, or account access
  • Reduced post visibility or engagement on social media
  • Any other consequences resulting from your use of generated text

By using this Service, you acknowledge these risks and agree to use the tool at your own discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of generated text
  • Compatibility with specific platforms or devices

Pakistan Law Context: Under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 and applicable consumer protection laws, we disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY PAKISTANI LAW:

We are NOT liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Third-party platform actions (bans, restrictions, etc.)
  • Harm resulting from your misuse of generated text

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed PKR 1,000 (approximately USD $3.50) or the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero for free users).

Exceptions: This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Name-Styles.com, its owners, developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of third-party platform rules using our generated text
  • Your infringement of any intellectual property or privacy rights

Example Scenario: If PUBG Mobile sues us because you used our tool to create an offensive username, you agree to cover all legal costs and damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, specifically:

  • The Contract Act 1872
  • Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002
  • Relevant provisions of the Pakistan Penal Code

Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Arbitration (Optional):
Before filing a lawsuit, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1940.

International Users: If you are accessing the Service from outside Pakistan, you agree that Pakistani law applies regardless of conflict-of-law principles.

10. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
  • Update these Terms with or without prior notification

Your Responsibility: Check this page periodically for changes. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates the last revision.

Continued Use = Acceptance: Using the Service after Terms changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of Service resources (e.g., automated scraping)

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
